Payment
Low Deposits: The first low deposit, due per person, will be presented at the time of booking.
- Initially, a 25% low deposit of the total holiday cost is required.
- The balance is settled monthly at the time of booking, as agreed upon between the lead passenger and the travel consultant.
- The final 35% will be settled 6 weeks before departure.

- Price is based on two people sharing a room.
- Rates may vary by date and are subject to availability.
- Lowest advertised prices apply to departures from London airports. Supplements may apply for regional or alternative airports.
- Flight times are approximate and subject to change; ranges will be advised in the booking confirmation.
- Accommodation details (board basis, room type) and baggage allowance will be specified in your booking confirmation.
- Traveller names must match the names on passports. If passport details change after booking, you must inform us immediately.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
- For groups/families travelling together, at least one person must be 18 years or older.
- If any member of the party has medical conditions or reduced mobility, please inform us before booking.
- You will receive all travel documents no later than 10 days before departure.
- City / tourist taxes are not included and must be paid locally where applicable.
